Fitness center
On-site parking
Convenient access to the Baylor University shuttle route

The target opening for Student Housing is the Fall of 2009. Preleasing will begin in Fall 2008. Individual leases should begin in mid-August and continue through the end of July to accommodate the academic year for Baylor University.
